This past Wednesday, December 3, we headed out to Rockefeller Center to document the protests against the non indictment of Daniel Pantaleo, the NYPD officer responsible for the death of Eric Garner. The footage above, captured by director Marcus Clarke, showcases the protests that occurred near 5th avenue and 49th street, across from Radio City Music Hall. Protestors mixed with tourist trying to witness the annual Christmas tree lighting taking place at Rockefeller Center, resulting in an overwhelming show of police force.

The diverse group of individuals that made it out to protest prove that this issue is far from a black-and-white matter.
