Ray West & AG – RED APPLE KINGS (featuring Roc Marciano)

My good friend Ray West has gone and done it again for this special occasion. Peep the info below:

The Nickel EP marks Red Apples 45’s five year anniversary. It’s only right for AG & Ray West to celebrate the label in the spirit it started. The Nickel showcases the duo’s chemistry and growth while keeping to their essence. Special guests appearances that include Roc Marciano, L Fudge, John Robinson and Red Apples’ own Superstar Dave Dar.

With original water color art by world renown artist & Graffiti writer Cern1 of the Ymi crew. To all that have supported us: The red apples movement has been about the music from its inception and will continue to be. Our only goals are quality pieces and culture preservation. Thanks to all the great artists whom have contributed their various talents and energy to our projects along the way. Thank you to all the people who have listened, shared, purchased, blogged, downloaded, interviewed, wrote about & help spread the word of our movement. This EP is dedicated to the late Party Arty.

Eff Yoo – Hundred Hand Slap (Rediculus Mix)

My man Eff drops this remix on you mere mortals. This is how gods sound when ripping mics. Peep the info below:

Eff Yoo teams up with Rediculus and Airon Azure to bring you the Remix for Hundred Hand Slap. With Eff’s sharp darts, Rediculus’s driving track and Airon’s smooth crooning, this is the debut of an expansion in the sound that Eff has curated so far in his career.

This is the first official leak from his upcoming album with Rediculus called The Eff Word, due out on Platformz Records in early 2016.

“Rhythm Roulette” – Large Professor

Peep the info: For this installment of Rhythm Roulette, we connected with Extra P, aka Large Professor. We took the legendary Queens producer to Human Head Records in Brooklyn, where he picked three random records to begin a game of Rhythm Roulette. He ended up grabbing an Instant Funk record, Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes’ Black and Blue album, and Shirley Scott’s On A Clear Day. From there, Extra P began to go through the records and create some new heat from what he picked.

Shout out to Tragedy Khadafi for the cameo.
